Thank you for reporting the issue. I’ve shared your feedback with our engineers regarding the app store upload failure. They confirmed this is due to a recent ~Google policy change. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and we will fix the issue with playstore.

Regarding the software connection issue, I tested it and found that enabling the required permissions and restarting the app resolved the problem. You could suggest this workaround to your client to see if it helps.
